Answer: Place the Advita hologram band on either wrist or ankle.
Question: Where do I place the Advita Sports Hologram disc?
Answer: Place the disc on the inside of your shoe, either on the sale of the shoe, or preferably, on the inside of the tongue of the shoe.
Question: Can I place the disc on my skin?
Answer: No. You can place the disc on the inside of your shirt, waist line, shoe, undergarment etc. The idea is to have the Advita hologram disc on your person at all times. The Advita Sleep hologram disc is intended to be placed under your pillow case on your pillow. Do not place disc on skin.

Answer: The shiny part of the Advita hologram band is on the outside.
Question: How long will the Advita hologram disc work?
Answer: 2-3 days. In most cases the Advita hologram will work for up to 3 days. However, when your body’s energy field is seriously out of balance, it may need to be replaced in as few as 2 days. When the disc ins not being worn, the clock stops until worn again.
Question: Are there side effects associated with the hologram?
Answer: The Advita hologram bands contain only healing information. And, as with any other healing modality, a detox may take place, where you may feel you should take the band off. If at all possible, resist taking it off.
